The Henry Weinhard's Family of Beers

Premium Beer: Private Reserve

The West’s first premium beer, award-winning Henry Weinhard’s Private Reserve is true to the heritage begun by Henry Weinhard himself back when they called this the Oregon Territory. Fragrant Cascade hops set the tone in this lager, giving way to an earthy, bread-like finish, courtesy of premium two-row barley and the same yeast strain that Henry brought here over 150 years ago. Private Reserve is still crafted in the old, 37-step brewing process, then aged to perfection. The result is a smooth, aromatic Northwest classic.

Pale Irish Ale: Blue Boar

Blue Boar roams everywhere from backyard parties to Northwest mountaintop lunches-basically wherever social occasions arise-which certainly befits a light, Irish-style ale. Double-hopped, with a citrusy hello riding a cushion of nutty-sweet malt, medal-winning Blue Boar has bite without excessive bitterness… just a slight, peppery zing in the finish. Though perfect from the bottle, Blue Boar really gets its Irish up in a pub glass, where its smooth, easy-drinking flavor shines through.
